Cook classes abroad

What do you think of a travel trip to learn new cookery skills? We (me and my owners family) just came back from an Asian Cookery Trip.... did they like it -- well over and above the filth in the markets and the food poisoning they cooked up themselves -- yes.... sigh. Did *I* like it -- well the market mess got me a bit dirty -- which means a bath -- but first they have to recover from the food poisoning and get themselves washed and clothes clean -- why do humans do this stuff?
